Do I have to pay a deposit in order to reserve an appointment?

Yes. Our customers enjoy prepaying to shorten their remaining balance cost the day of the service.

How early can I arrive to my appointment?

Please arrive no more than 15 mins to your appointment start time. New clients will be reminded to complete a consent form located in the confirmation email sent to you. If you are having any issues with directions, please give us a call at 904-345-0537.

What’s the time frame to reschedule an appointment?

Any cancellations and/or rescheduling must be done 24hours prior to your appointment time during business hours. The customer is allowed to reschedule once.  If your appointment falls on a Tuesday, you may send us an email to info@fabskincarejax.com and someone will get back with you as calls are not answered on Sunday or Monday.

What is your policy for “no show” and cancellation/tardy?

Is there a late fee?

Yes. There will be a $10 late fee if the customer arrives 5 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment start time. 

Can I get a refund if I’m unhappy?

There are no refunds for products or services. Fab Skincare will do any and everything to ensure you have a FABULOUS experience.

Should I remove my makeup before an appointment?

If you can, that would be great to avoid time loss to remove makeup. However, we do understand if you are coming from an event, work, etc. For consultations, please remove makeup to avoid a fee and/or delay in appointment.

Can I bring my child or friend/family with me?

Unfortunately No. If possible, please refrain from bringing ANY additional guest if they are not being serviced. This time is just for you and we want you to enjoy every minute of it. Call us if you have any questions.

How often should I get a lash fill?

We offer 2 or 3 week fills which depends on your lash cycle and how you properly maintain your lashes after your full set is applied. Water based products are best for retention as you should also avoid wearing any mascara. If you have any issues, please contact us.

Which facial service should I select?

The best facial to schedule would be our HydraFacial experiences which will deeply cleanse the pores, gently extract and hydrate the skin.
