Fab Skincare Policy                           

Hello!! Thank you for choosing Fab Skincare.  New clients are urged to book a Signature Express Facial or Signature HydraFacial where we will do a skin care analysis, followed by a treatment your skin has been waiting for.  During our appointment time, we will be able to analyze the skin and suggest a treatment plan best for you.

Please arrive atleast 5 minutes before your appointment to complete any consent forms.  Consent form(s) for scheduled services can be found in our email communications sent to you.  Our goal is to make sure you have a wonderful and relaxing experience at Fab Skincare.

REFUNDS: Any and all appointments made by the cardholder or on behalf of a customer means the cardholder agrees to our policy and understands we do not offer any refunds. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for services, invoices paid, and retail products sold.

Please NO EXTRA GUESTS if they are not being serviced. This includes infants, toddlers as we do not have the space to accommodate additional guest in the treatment room. We will not be responsible for any injuries caused by the guest not being serviced as the serviced client takes full financial responsibility and any damages caused to the salon made by the party and/or their extra guest.

COVID:  We are monitoring the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local authorities’ website for updates and guidelines to follow.  Please give us a call to cancel your appointment in the event you are experiencing any symptoms related to Coronavirus or been exposed to anyone.  For same day cancellations, you will be charged a $25 reschedule fee and the deposit on file will be active for 30days.  

Confirmation/Notifications:  When the appointment is booked, the client will receive an email confirmation. The client will receive a text/email 72hrs and 24hrs prior asking to confirm their appointment date and time.  If the customer does not confirm on their end, they are still held liable to show up to their appointment.  

Cancellations + Rescheduling: Any cancellations and/or rescheduling must be done 24hours prior to your appointment time during business hours. The customer is allowed to reschedule once.  If your appointment falls on a Tuesday, you may send us an email to info@fabskincarejax.com and someone will get back with you as calls are not answered on Sunday or Monday.

Same day cancellations must be handled via phone call to 904-345-0537 and the customer agrees to be charged a $25 reschedule fee to the card on file.

* If for any reason when multiple services are booked the customer decides to cancel any service at arrival to the salon your deposit will be forfeited, and the new service will have to be paid in full. We will not transfer any deposits over as time was lost for last minute change.

Late Arrivals: There will be a $10 late fee if the customer arrives 5 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment start time. 

No Show: The appointment will be considered a “No Call No Shows” if the customer is 10mins late which will result in forfeiting their deposit and the customer will be charged $25 to the card on file.

Lash Extensions: If for any reason a customer is unsatisfied with their lash extensions, customer must notify us immediately so that we can fix any issues within 3 days. Once this grace period has passed, the client must schedule a 2 or 3-week fill.  Please make sure to arrive to your appointment with clean lashes to avoid an additional cleaning fee. 

Payments: We prefer cash but accept all major credit cards for payment of services and products with 2.83% card fee. Gratuities are welcomed in cash and can also be added to your bill at check out. Please mention any promotions, discounts, gift cards or credit balance before finalizing payment. FSA/HSA payments are welcome. Deposits are non-refundable and/or non-transferrable.

By successfully booking an appointment online you are agreeing to the policies, terms, and conditions above and you are agreeing to the policies, terms, and conditions above and you release Fab Skincare of any liability.

Contraindications:

·        Chemical Peels are not recommended for first time clients.

·        For first time wax clients: All wax services require three weeks of hair growth, or the hair must be the length of a grain of rice. Brazilian waxes may be performed while you are on your cycle, however, you must have a new tampon before the service. 

·        Please exfoliate before your wax appointment.

·        Patch test is recommended for brow tint services and lash extensions.  If you proceed without a patch test, it is at your own risk and Fab Skincare will not be held liable.

·        Any use of dermatologist prescribed medication must be cleared prior to your appointment as we will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions or reaction to wax.
